Jungyeon Ko

Jungyeon manages tax consulting and compliance for consolidated multi-state corporations, multi-tiered flow-through entities, and S-corporations. Clients rely on Jungyeon for tax planning for corporations and their shareholders, income tax accounting under ASC 740, International tax compliance, accounting method change, various state tax issues, net operating loss utilization, and purchase accounting for mergers and acquisition. She also counsels clients on identification and analysis of various tax positions, as well as public companies financial statement reporting.

Jungyeon has 19 years of tax services experience. Prior to joining Cohn Reznick, she spent over six years with a Big Four accounting firm reviewing tax compliance and various consulting practices.
